Our facilities and areas of expertise include:
- Clean, modern workshop facility with a range of CNC and manual machinery, including a range of 2, 3 axis CNC lathes and 4-axis machining centres.
- Our machines can produce parts with a diameter from Ø1mm up to Ø720mm with a length up to 2000mm long. We can also fit to Ø104mm through the spindle for long items.
- Our component manufacturing can be from prototyping, small series production through to quantities of 2000 components.
- We can manufacture products and parts in all commercial materials and have particular experience with sophisticated and difficult alloys. We have vast experience with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, engineered plastics, specialised duplex, inconel, nickel bronzes and titanium.
- Our subsea and mining process customers require specialised equipment for use in extreme environments, often the requirement calls for a rapid turnaround. For these reasons Ocean Industries maintains extensive stocks of exotic alloys.
- We operate strict quality control procedures, and all our products undergo rigorous testing before delivery. We are able to provide comprehensive material traceability for component manufacture.
